Director of Formation Ministries

St. Matthias’ Episcopal Church in Midlothian is seeking a Director of Formation Ministries, to be responsible for oversight of the Christian Education and Formation programs for all age ranges of parishioners, working in tandem with the Rector and other members of the staff. This is a three-quarter-time position, maintaining office hours of 30 hours per week. The position includes pension, medical and dental benefits, and an allowance to help cover moving expenses is also offered. This position is open to both clergy and lay members.
