Clergy Compensation Manual & Guidelines

Each year, the Compensation Commission recommends a cost-of-living adjustment for clergy and lay employees and re-issues the Clergy Compensation Manual & Guidelines.  The Compensation Table reflects comparable pension-based total compensation amounts based on the size of the congregation, using pledge & plate revenues and average Sunday attendance from the Parochial Reports.

These are merely guidelines to be used by the vestry and clergy to determine compensation for the clergy.
